3. Orders & Payments All orders are subject to availability. Prices are set by vendors and may change without notice. Payments must be completed at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery Delivery times are estimates only. Best Food Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Cancellations & Refunds Orders may be cancelled before they are accepted by the vendor. Once accepted, cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Vendor Responsibility Vendors are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and hygiene of their products. Best Food Services acts only as a platform intermediary.
7. Prohibited Use You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws in India.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
